Tasting calendar: the experience we want to build in Saint-Cyprien

Our tastings are more than a calendar. They shape the personality of the place and the way we want to talk about wine.

A calendar as a promise for the place

When we publish a programme, we are not just filling dates. We are showing what the place stands for: wine as culture, as a reason to meet and as a subject that can be explored without pretending to be a school.

Readable formats rather than a catch-all schedule

The coherence of the programme matters as much as the dates themselves. Themed evenings, comparisons, food pairings, blind tastings or more playful formats: every event needs a clear angle. That is what helps regulars come back and new guests understand what they will actually experience.

A rhythm that keeps the cellar alive

A cellar that publishes a credible calendar shows that there will always be a good reason to come back: discover a region, compare two styles, come with someone close or extend a relationship that began in the club. The programme is therefore as much about organizing evenings as about building the identity of the place.
